Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Jungle Leelaa (Dudhwa), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations at Jungle Leelaa (Dudhwa) are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

  • Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Advance payment may be required to secure your booking
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Rates may change without prior notice depending on seasonal demand

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as outlined below:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: No charge
  • 3–7 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
  • 1–2 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests staying at Jungle Leelaa (Dudhwa) are expected to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our team
  • Respect wildlife and the surrounding natural environment
  • Maintain cleanliness within rooms and resort premises
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly
  • Adhere to local rules, regulations, and park guidelines

6. Wildlife Safety

As our resort is located near Dudhwa National Park, guests must follow essential wildlife safety guidelines:

  • Never approach, provoke, or feed wild animals
  • Remain within designated areas during safaris or walks
  • Follow all instructions provided by guides and staff
  • Maintain low noise levels to avoid disturbing wildlife
  • Do not litter; dispose of waste in designated areas only

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Jungle Leelaa (Dudhwa) is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or accidents during safaris, outdoor activities, or natural events
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Cancellations or changes caused by weather or natural conditions
  • Wildlife sightings, which cannot be guaranteed
  • Disruptions caused by third-party service providers

8. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters
  • Government orders, restrictions, or regulatory changes
  • Wildlife sanctuary or safari gate closures
  • Health emergencies or safety-related issues
